Why felt, and why now
Felt is one of the oldest textiles. Today it is also made from polyester fibre recovered from used PET: a material already found in offices and promotional goods, offered here with published data.
A stated recycled share
Part or all of the fibre comes from post-consumer PET, mainly bottles. The share differs by product, so we state it per product and back it with the documents for your order.

Frequently asked questions
Is your felt really made from recycled bottles?
Our main line uses polyester felt with recycled PET fibre, but the recycled share differs by fabric and factory. For each order we tell you the composition and which documents are available, for example a transaction certificate under a recycled standard. Where a factory cannot document it, we sell the product as polyester felt, not as recycled.
Do you sell to private customers?
No. FeltIQ is B2B: we sell to companies with a VAT number, such as promotional agencies, retailers, brands, online sellers, offices, hotels and event organisers.
What is the minimum order?
Catalogue products start at the factory minimum shown on each product page. Products with your logo usually start at about 100 pieces per model. Several products can share one shipment.
Where are the products made?
At partner factories in Asia, mainly China. Our company is in Poland and acts as the EU importer: we check factories and goods, handle customs and invoice you with EU VAT rules.
Is felt durable enough for a bag?
Yes, if thickness and construction suit the load. We use 3–5 mm felt with reinforced handles for bags. Felt can pill with heavy friction, so we show you the real material on a sample before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 6–10 weeks from order to your warehouse: 15–35 days of production plus 25–45 days by rail or sea. Urgent goods can go by air in 7–12 days after production.
